Oklahoma State Treasurer Randy McDaniel asked for the state Legislature to enact a state tax deduction for Oklahomans who save and invest using OK STABLE, the innovative program (first enacted in 2018) allowing people with disabilities to improve their prospects for financial security without jeoparding need-based benefit programs.
